Hey there, my name is Nick Hancock and I am a journalism and marketing graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University. I have a desire to tell stories and engage with those that stumble across my work. If there's something going on in the world of music or sports, chances are I have or will be writing about it. I've spent all 22 years of my life in sunny San Diego, and have now begun my writing career in the neighborhoods I grew up hanging out in. I've found that my knack for writing can extend beyond journalism, and I can use those storytelling skills in a corporate setting to engage with clients.

Some of my experience includes sports writing for The Coronado News, editing the Arts & Entertainment section of my school's newspaper, The Point, and working as the junior marketing coordinator for RxSight, a leading ophthalmology company in the medical device industry. When I'm not rifling away at my keyboard working on a new story, you may find me on a golf course, at the beach, or in the gym. While I may have grown up in San Diego, I hope to eventually branch out and become rooted someplace new where I can continue to bring my words to life!
